Hi we are Lucy & Laura, 2 local doulas, birth workers & mums

Between us we have over 12 years experience in birth education & support. As doulas we have supported families with home births, hospital births & abdominal births alongside the SASH maternity team
Through this new community we are building, we are bridging the gap between local families, our local maternity services & professionals in our area who can support you

We are hosting regular FREE to attend meet ups to provide you with a safe space to find your village (meet other expectant parents), meet local midwives, birth workers & other professionals

Combined we offer antenatal education, hypnobirthing, Mindful Breastfeeding, pregnancy & postnatal yoga, biomechanics for birth, womens rights in childbirth, postnatal planning & birth & postnatal doula support

As mothers in your community we understand the huge journey that you are on throughout pregnancy & parenthood whether this is your 1st or 5th baby. We believe that when families are held & supported that they will thrive
